Senior Associate, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

About The Job

Support business performance management through the development and provision of business intelligence, analytics, and IT-enabled processes. 

What You Will Do

• Plan, coordinate and oversee business intelligence and analytics activities and platforms.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and accessibility of business reports and analytics (including sales history, trade performance, market insights, and demand forecasts, etc.)
• Take initiatives in developing IT-enabled processes and platforms to monitor and improve business performance.
• Ensure clear business requirements are understood and incorporated in IT solution projects.
• Ensure cost effectiveness of analytics activities and IT-supported business processes.
• Plan, review and control budget and spending of dealer incentives.
• Set and monitor goals and targets for team.
• Train and develop people in analytics and insights value chain.
• Support CMCB BU’s in developing business intelligence and analytics activities and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Should Have

• Master’s degree in business, data science, or any related field. 
• At least 3 years of experience in business performance management, data and analytics, project management, or related areas.
• Knowledge of descriptive and predictive analytics
• Knowledge of business strategy and model
• Knowledge of insights value chain
• Some knowledge of AI, machine learning & IT solutions for business
• Knowledge of budget management
• Advanced statistical analysis techniques (in Excel, Power BI & others)
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Data intelligence
• Strong self-learning capability
• Advanced English language ability
• Strong communication (presentation and written report) 
• Advanced proficiency in other MS Office (Word & PowerPoint)
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Potential to grow and lead across teams
