Manager, Quality Improvement

Summary of Position


Identify concrete quality & technical service issue. Refine the technical solution & quality service strategies to improve both production quality & technical service to the client to be the best product-service in the market.  Research & develop the new concrete products as per requirement of the company to meet future market demand.


What you will do:


  • Review, develop, and refine the Company’s quality management system & strategies to obtain a leading position and be at the forefront in the marketplace
  • Develop quality performance measurements, reporting criteria, and observe if these metrics are achieved
  • Work with the operation teams and other stakeholders to get the realistic quality management data & align all management strategies to all related operation teams
  • Ensure that the management & personnel of the organization are assessed & developed so as to meet the ever-developing needs of the group.
  • Collect customer’s information and requirements before project execution
  • Motivate a high-quality performance, innovative and results-driven functional department(s).
  • Prepare Monthly QMS, Exco report, and other administrative documents
  • Conduct research and development of new concrete products
  • Observe total compliance with Policies & Procedures of the Group and Rules & Regulations under various statutes.
  • Provide management and support for group & division projects run by the Group President and CMI Project Manager
  • Undertake any other needs of the business as per requirement


What you should have:


  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Concrete or Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Concrete industry, Qc, or construction  
  • Concrete technologies 
  • Construction technologies & administration
  • Concrete testing standard and procedure
  • Concrete & construction technology
  • Concrete mix design
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Professionalism and Organization
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Khmer and English
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS office skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
