Incentive & Rebate Officer

Summary of Position

 

Supporting the team and provide an important link between the Company and the client

Processing all related paperwork and creating in to SAP system

 

 

What you will do:

 

  • Handling both RMX & CRT Rebate
  • Monthly Rebate calculations to the customers
  • Export daily report from SAP system
  • Send report to Logistic department to verify the labors time
  • Get report from Logistic and verify the pricing conditions.   
  • Daily Incentive calculations to every staff at every plant such as

- Mixer

- Rock & Sand Loading

- Receiver raw material

- Slump worker

- Mixing Truck

- Pumping Truck

- General assistants who are cutting the bag of cement to Silo And send to AP department  

  • Monthly Incentive calculations send AP department    
  • Checking Price of Rebate & Incentive policy  
  • Maintaining Incentives report sent to Supervisor  
  • Related documentations keeping in hard copy
  • Communication very closely with Logistic & AP department
  • Understand all work process in the team both CRT & RMX  

 

What you should have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or a related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in a Sales Administrative
  • Knowledge of computer program (MS. Office and Outlook, internet email and SAP system)
  • Understanding for all company codes & products  
  • Understanding numerical data
  • Being proactive and flexible
  • Meeting deadlines
