Manager, Network Sales

Job Summary:

Oversee sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved; develop and implement strategic planning; perform sales representative coaching, recruitment, and goal setting; and conduct sales forecasts.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage sales team effectively and efficiently to achieve sales target.
  • Develop and implement strategic planning and set up clear timeline and sales target for sales team.
  • Perform the recruitment, goal setting, coaching and performance management of sales representatives.
  • Verify customers’ balance and build and promote strong and ongoing customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Conduct sales forecasts, sale Budget and prepare monthly sales report for top management team.
  • Work cooperatively with team and related departments to solve problems arising.
  • Review existing operational practices in sales department, understand the rational and propose appropriate change for improvement where necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, or a related area.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing
  • Knowledge of market research
  • Knowledge of strategic planning
  • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint and the other programs.
  • Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer and Chinese.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexible to travel
