Job Description

•  Manage, supervise and coordinate activities of work crews in structural operations and design.
•  Lead and manage structural engineer team in performing assigned tasks. 
•  Review and verify structural engineers’ calculation of estimated construction materials and cost.
•  Design detailed structures of all systems and elements of buildings (beams, columns, slab…).
•  Lead structural engineer and design team in drawing and managing time and budget.
•  Ensure structural plan is in compliance with company standards.
•  Examine every risk of all structural plans to maintain architectural and structural integrity.
•  Oversee on-site inspection of the structural work.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. 
•  At least 6 years of experience in Structural Design, Site Inspection or a related area.
•  Knowledge of Structural Design
•  Knowledge of Architectural design 
•  Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Design
•  Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Auto CAD 3D, Auto CAD structural detailing, Advance concrete…
•  Advanced proficiency in structural analysis (Robot, ETAB, SAP2000, Revit…)
•  Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Ms. Word & Excel, Mathcad, Sketch up, Ms. Project.
•  Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•  Strong analytical and technical skills
•  Ability to think creatively and innovatively
•  Ability to work under pressure
