Job Responsible:

• Ensure leasing space is leased out to the right tenants
• Identify and approach target tenants and negotiate to close deals
• Identify and propose leasing offers to attract target tenants
• Ensure tenant fit-out process goes smoothly
• Coordinate and support tenants’ needs and provide good customer services
• Manage daily operations of leasing department
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or a related file.
• Professional Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a professional work setting.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Sales, marketing and property management
• Strong supervisory and people management skills
• Strong communication skills both in Khmer and English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to think creatively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Work on weekends and on a flexible schedule.
