Operations Manager, F&B

Summary of the position:

She/he will be led by managing the F&B outlet operation which includes costing analysis, auditing, budgeted guidelines and regulation compliance, team management and ensuring high level standard of customer service. Simultaneously, he/she will design, launch front of house (FOH) operation in new venue and coordinate as a member of the F&B committee with head of departments for cross over actions (Marketing, Purchasing, Logistic, Back of house (BOH), Franchise, Hygiene, Projects, …).

What you will do: 

  • Designing and opening FOH operations in new venues within the group
  • FRANCHISE: Coordinating with franchisors, supporting the opening,
  • Manage F&B outlet and day to day operations
  • Ensure to follow the budgeted guidelines
  • Costings strategy: optimize the staff costs for every site
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations 
  • Establish a Customer Service Chart and implement it in all F&B outlets
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns with an active reporting process
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Defining the technical requirements, setting up the work organisation and the staff
  • R&D for new brands and trends in F&B 


What you should have:

  • Bachelor in F&B industry 
  • Multi sites management 
  • 10 years of experience in the field, with new openings
  • Senior understanding of restaurant operations 
  • Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.  
  • Previous senior operations management experience required 
  • Professional communication skills are required
  • Fluent in English language
  • Details oriented 
  • Hygiene and P&P oriented 
  • P&L and costings
