Assistant Manager , Marketing

Summary of the position: 

Work closely with the President to manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness. Track, monitor and evaluate all marketing campaigns. Provide support and guidance to other departments on marketing-related initiatives.

What you will do: 

  • Work closely with the President to manage the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Assist the President in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Company’s products and brand image.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and implement innovative and effective sales and marketing plans to drive sales and optimize profit margins.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including but not limited to marketing events, promotions, and advertisements, to increase brand awareness. Provide leadership and direction in all aspects of campaign implementation.
  • Work closely with internal resources and external vendors and oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, promotional tools, presentations, etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of specific marketing programs and campaigns to determine Returns on Investment (ROIs).
  • Collaborate marketing research data and information. Analyze and report on findings associated with consumer behavior and perception, competitors’ activities, etc.
  • Create and implement effective training and development initiatives and programs to increase the capabilities of team members within the marketing department.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

  What you should have: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Communications, Business Studies, Commerce, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is advantage.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, business planning and analysis, and brand building.
  • Lead project & branding and Execution
  • Knowledge of marketing plan development
  • Knowledge and understanding of product and brand management, segmentation and positioning.
  • Knowledge and understanding of best marketing practices in the beer and beverages industry and/or FMCG industry.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong presentation and report-writing skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexible to travel
