Job Description
• Lead Sales & Marketing to drive revenue for the Hotel
• Overseeing personnel, including Operations, Commercial and Business office employees
• Assist in Recruiting, Training, and supervising staffs
• Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service
• Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies
• Conducting or Cooperating Learning and Training sessions as required standard
• Creating, developing, and implementing a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities
• Evaluating hotel performance and ensuring compliance health and safety rule
• Manage budget/expense, analyze, and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profit accuracy
• Collaborating with external parties such as supplier, OTA, event/conference planner
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree in Management, Hotel/Hospitality Management, Administration Education, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experiences in Sales, MICE Management, Hotel and Hospitality, or related fields
• Project management experiences
• Highly organized
• Knowledge of Management/operations/Sales&Marketing
• Knowledge Hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
• Excellent customer service skills as well as a business acumen
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
• Work on a flexible schedule
