Job Summary

Drive Chip Mong Academy by initiating, undertaking and supporting the Training Manager in the development, implementation and evaluation of professional development programs and activities for all staff across CMG to support business goals.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and conduct competency development plans and activities for all businesses under Chip Mong Group.
  • Identify people deficiencies and propose learning solutions which contribute to business results.
  • Report learning outcomes and propose remedies, if necessary.
  • Act as a learning key account for designated business units and seek to understand their business needs.
  • Source and assess training service providers.
  • Deliver training programs, if required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resource Management, Business or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in human resource, education or a related area.
  • Knowledge of competency profiling
  • Knowledge of training assessment tools and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and knowledge management systems
  • Knowledge of business
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office
  • Strong presentation, written communications, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to work under pressure
