About The Job

Assist the TOD department in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of TOD initiatives/programs/processes that support organizational goals and business strategy.

 

What You Should Have

•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred. 

•    At least 2 years of experience in organization development, training and development, human resources, or related field.

•    Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
•    Knowledge of statistical software packages (e.g. SPSS, R) is a plus
•    Knowledge of SAP Organizational Management Module is a plus
•    Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
•    Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research
•    Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills
•    Strong communication skills in Khmer and English
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Ability to think creatively and innovatively
•    Ability to prioritize and manage change
•    Ability to work under pressure
 

What You Will Do

•    Assist the TOD department in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of OD initiatives/programs/processes that support organizational objectives and that are aligned with the organization’s business strategy. Main projects include  performance management system design and development, talent management, change management, and employee engagement surveys and initiatives.  
•    Performance Management: assist the TOD department in the management of the overall performance management system including goal setting, quarterly reviews, mid-year reviews, performance appraisal, performance calibration, increments, and bonuses.
•    Talent Management: facilitate talent management programs including talent review, individual development program, succession planning and strategic workforce planning.
•    Employee Engagement: conduct employee engagement surveys and interviews; perform data clean-up, data analyses, and report write-ups; and identify initiatives required to enhance employee engagement and job performance. 
•    Organizational Design: assist line functions and relevant stakeholders in reviewing organizational charts and organizational restructuring
•    Change Management: provide support to line functions on large-scaled change management initiatives. 
•    Assist in reviewing and adapting the on-going OD strategy to meet current organizational needs and/or to respond to change requirements.
•    Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports and presentations delivered by the OD department to executive leaders, senior managers, and other relevant stakeholders. 
•    Provide the required administrative support on various on-going OD projects.
