Job Description

Plan monthly stock count and ensure posting into SAP done as per due date
Investigate and recommend an improvement for stock variance
Proper classification of material as per the company’s guidelines
Act as auditor to check documents matches movement in SAP system
Support in new product costing and budget
Ensure all stock movement in the system are processed with the system procedure of MM module and act as auditor and key user of SAP MM Module
To support budget, product costing, and standard price in SAP
Planning and organizing of physical stock count.
To monitor monthly stock reconciliation and stock adjustment
To monitor and develop smart form report in the system
To monitor invoice posting and PO pending report
To verify chemical report and VAT to the Tax division
To monitor stock movement in SAP with proper document
To support and solve system troubleshooting (error)
To monitor material master in the system.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years of experience in stock control for food and beverage industry areas is an advantage
Managerial accounting
Inventory management
Excel and PowerPoint
Familiar with SAP system
Good English communication
Flexible to travel.
