Manager, Digital Channel Development
About The Job
As a Manager for Digital Channel Development, the candidate will lead the Digital Products Development department. Be responsible for detailed business analysis and functional solution design in a transactional digital platform (Internet, Mobile Banking, ATM, and QA) targeted branch, SME, and Commercial customer segments. Bring in strong domain and functional solution design and delivery expertise to deliver customer-oriented process design, user experience, and detailed functional design of digital assets.
What You Will Do
- Design strategy and roadmap for digital Banking
- Lead and drive Digital Product Development to meet digital product roadmap
- Prepare Product Documents and Manage Approval
- Innovation & initiatives through the development lifecycle
- Work direct with internal and external partners, including NBC
- Oversee development stages
- Manage Product Backlog and Project Priority
- Profit from Digital Banking
- Digital Product awareness and competition with other competitor in the market
- Responsible for delivering the functional solution from an end-to-end perspective working with other technical partners
- Come up with cost estimation activities for change requests
- Lead Project teams and ensure that they are motivated towards achieving overall team and business objectives
- Lead Product Development and testing team on daily activity
- Ensure the final product solution is accurately documented, and detailed in all required parameters and procedures to facilitate an efficient sign-off process and seamless implementations
What You Should Have
- At least Bachelor’s degree in business management, Project management or other related fields
- Master's degree (preferred)
- A minimum of 5-6 years of management experience
- Experience in motivating a competitive and diverse team is also preferred
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making ability
- Able to make the sound decision under pressure and commit to deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time and project and change management
- Build an internal and external relationship
- Strong initiative and a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong in Digital Trends and Technological Savvy
- Demonstrate strong ability in analytics
