The team plays a leadership role in providing expertise and insight to drive near-term profitability, strategic investment for long-term growth, as well as risk management in an evolving macroeconomic environment. The team plan, account and report multi-million projects and businesses across diverse functions and sectors, while also managing the whole Chip Mong Group’s investment portfolio, debt and equity instruments, and other growth-enhancing treasury activities.


The IT team is working to deliver exceptional technology experiences through partnering, innovation, support and delivery across the entire business. The team commits to drive business value through modern and secure IT automation practices. While Chip Mong favours the digital business revolution which creates a highly complex and fast-changing technology environment and comprises new digital business systems, the IT teams is the core team to ensure that the systems could rely heavily on the IT infrastructure and other technology services.


Group president office is responsible for keeping the whole company moving in the right direction by initiating the strategic business planning process and launching transformational projects across all businesses under Chip Mong Group. The team takes charge in exploring complex business issues; conducting consumer, competitive and market analyses; creating financial models and developing action plans. Being part of the group president office means that you will be involved in setting aggressive growth objectives that align with Chip Mong Group’s mission and strategy.


Stretching far beyond conventional sourcing, Corporate Procurement secures the best supplier engagement and relationships to drive business success. The team acts as the interface between external as well as top-notch suppliers and our business to deliver on our supply chain strategies. The team aims to maximize the value of the company’s investments in external resources, ranging from product materials, marketing services, digital tools, high-tech manufacturing equipment and other products or services to fuel business growth and sustainability.


Internal Control and Audit team at Chip Mong Group plays a big part in day-to-day management and an administration of the company. The team shoulders a responsibility to ensure that there are an efficiency and profitability of the business operations as well as the reliability of information. Internal Control and Audit team does not only support the board of director of Chip Mong Group in directing business operations, but also evaluating, managing risks, and producing reliable information and recommendations to enhance transparency and efficiency. On the other hand, the Internal Control and Audit act as the team whose task is to observe and inspect the processes of business operations and financial reporting.
