The team plays a leadership role in providing expertise and insights to drive near-term profitability, strategic investment for long-term growth, as well as risk management in an ever-evolving macro-economic environment. The team plan, account and report on multi-million dollar projects and businesses across diverse functions and sectors, while also managing the whole of Chip Mong’s investment portfolio, debt and equity instruments and other growth-enhancing Treasury activities.


The IT team works to deliver exceptional technology experiences, through partnering, innovation, support and delivery across the entire business. The team drives business value through proven and secure IT automation practices. The digital business revolution has created a highly complex and fast-changing technological environment, comprising new digital business systems that rely heavily on IT infrastructure and other technology services.


The Group President Office is responsible for keeping the whole company moving in the right direction by leading the strategic business planning process and spearheading transformational projects across all of Chip Mong’s business units. The team takes charge in exploring complex business issues: conducting consumer, competitive and market analyses; creating financial models and developing action plans. Being part of the Group President Office means that you will be involved in setting aggressive growth objectives that align with Chip Mong’s mission and strategy.


Stretching far beyond conventional sourcing, Corporate Procurement secures the best supplier engagement and relationships to drive business success. The team acts as the interface between external, top-notch suppliers and our business to deliver on our supply chain strategies. The team maximizes the value and reach of the company’s investments in external resources, including product materials, marketing services, digital tools, temporary labor, high-tech manufacturing equipment and other products and services to fuel business growth and sustainability.


The Internal Control & Audit team at Chip Mong plays a central role in day-to-day management and administration of the company. The team shoulders a responsibility for ensuring that business operations are efficient and profitable, as well as the fact that information can be trusted. The team not only supports the Chip Mong board of directors in directing business operations, but also evaluates, manages risk and produces reliable information and recommendations to enhance transparency and efficiency. The Internal Control & Audit team is there to observe and inspect the processes of business operations and financial reporting.
