Relationship Manager, SME

Summary of Position:

Relationship Manager, SME, is responsible for executing the annual lending plan and sales strategy for all loan products and close working relationships with all staff in the branch.

What you will do

• Develop and generate sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• Promote the Bank’s products and services among target customers
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up winning pipeline and convert into CMs.
• Work with new and existing customers to understand their businesses and determine options to support them
• Prepare LOO and other related loan documents in a timely manner
• Response with customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
• Monitor and follow up to ensure timely repayment
• Operate in accordance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies, and in compliance with laws and regulations
• Attend the Bank’s training program and continue self-development
• Other tasks assigned by management

What you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance & Accounting or any other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in the banking industry with a strong track record in relationship management and networking.
• Financial literacy and ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
• In-depth knowledge of bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, and risk management
• Knowledge of bank products
• Excellent customer service; client relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in both Khmer and English and/or other languages
• Computer Literate, in particular Microsoft Office.
