Senior Officer, Digital Marketing

Summary of Position
 

Responsible for handling and managing various marketing projects and campaigns to achieve specific set of goals. This role require creativity throughout the campaign ideation, planning and oversee the implementation, measurement, and optimization process.

What will you do
 

• Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven campaign strategy to achieve communication and business goals
• Responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, understanding marketing funnel, and measuring results
• Understanding market segments and have the creativity for personalized marketing campaigns
• Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies / activities
• Tracking and monitoring campaigns’ performances and campaign ROI
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders

What you should have
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or other related fields
• At least 2 years experiences working hands on with digital platforms regards to content management and in paid ads digitally
• Knowledge in marketing funnel and lead conversion is high desired.
• Content management/Content writing
• Background from banking or financial institute is a plus
