Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Young Banker-Sales both in Phnom Penh and Provincial Branches. The Young Banker-Sales will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to promoting and selling financial products and services to customers. This includes building relationships, providing personalized financial advice, processing transactions, and achieving sales targets.
 

Qualifications

• Holding bachelor’s degree or under-graduate in year 4

• Talent in sales and negotiation skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Want to be a professional sale in banking sector

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Self-motivated and results-oriented
