Officer, C&B Administration
Facilitate the overall company payroll process and respond to compensation and benefits claims from employees; work closely with the team to develop compensation.
Job Responsibilities
• Facilitate the overall company payroll process and respond to all compensation and benefits claims from employees. Ensure all transactions and claims are aligned with company policies and procedure.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all payroll is processed accurately in timely manner.
• File documents and other HR formal letters in a systematic and well-organized manner.
• Prepare monthly reports for management and other stakeholders as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.• At least two years experiences in HR, (payroll function), Administration or a related area. Knowledge
• Knowledge of Cambodian labor law
• Knowledge of personnel information controlling
• Knowledge of human resource management
• Good business acumen
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency Skills and Abilities • Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work well individually and as a team
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure
