Responsibilities

• Provide onsite assistance and support to users.
• Register and report issue, incident, and problem to management.
• Fix issue timely for users.
• Execute operations decided by management and report the result.
• Coordinate with IT Group to assist and fix any problem.
• Proactively ensure with users that their needs and expectations are being treated..
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in information system
• At least 2 years of experience in IT system support
• Knowledge of new technologies.
• Knowledge of Retail Business
• Ability to make sound judgments and provide sound guidance
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Strong analytical skill to find solution for fix issue.
• Problem-solving skill.
• Do research on new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good English skills (read, write, and speak)
• Approach problem with open mind
• Strive to improve oneself
• Strong organization and coordination
• Customer service focus
