Job Description

• Manage urban design, master planning, streetscape and landscape project
• Work closely with design groups and external landscape consultants to support project teams in creating sustainable landscape designs
• Prepare and develop urban design and Master Plan drawings, reports and strategies
• Prepare and develop design of both hard and soft landscape for architectural and urban design projects
• Promote good Landscape design throughout the practice
• Research and advise on suitable vegetation on projects
• Support the design teams through the research into project specific landscape design issues
• Prepare and develop urban and landscape detailed workings, drawings and specifications
• Regular site visits to check on construction progress and quality check
• Contribute or otherwise assist as required

Job requirement 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architect or a related field.
• At least 2/1 years of experience in doing master planning and/or Landscaping, or a related area.
• Knowledge of Landscape design 
• Knowledge of Architect Design
• Microsoft office. Word, Excel Power point and Microsoft project.
• Can use English language for communication and writing report. and Khmer.  
• Program ( Auto cad, 3d max/Sketch up, Photo shop, Revit If can ( Lumia and Revit )
• Knowing how to build consensus
• Ability to envision a project
• Strong technical expertise with clear understanding of space requirements, materials, color, lighting systems and construction methods
• Ability to work under pressure.
