Job Description: 

•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and inventory
•    Ensures all transactions are properly recorded with accurate supporting documentations and timely basis 
•    Support to solve invoice discrepancies and issues
•    Support and resolve any outstanding balances on accounts
•    Re-verify and perform the reconciliation of vendor statement
•    Check the vendor-customer off-setting process
•    Supervise payable accounts to ensure payment is timely done and non-duplicated paid. 
•    Review and check or produce monthly reports
•    Support and resolve any outstanding balances on accounts
•    Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field. 
•    At least 2 years of experience in Accounting and/or Accounting Operation, or a related area.

•    Knowledge of Accounting/Finance and Accounting is preferred
•    Knowledge of analysis
•    Knowledge of basic SAP software
•    Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Strong presentation, written communications, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Strong analytical skills and judgment
•    Ability to think creatively and innovatively
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Problem-solving skills.
