Job Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare documents related to sale method such as customers list, product orientation, quotation, house booking process etc.
  • Present product and project features and selling points to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sale target
  • Go on field to find customer for selling company product
  • Convince customers and solve problems
  • Prepare sales annual plan and sales report
  • Update information about construction and new project
  • Organize things and responsibilities in the workplace well with great cooperation.
  • Keep good relationship with customers.
  • Display commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties to clients and explain their features
  • Making daily call in, call out reports and market information to supervisor.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Professional Experience At least 1 years of experience in sales and/or Marketing, or a related area.
  • Knowledge of Sales, Marketing and research of business models and strategy.
  • Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer (if can speak chines is much better).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible to travel
