Supervisor, Brand Activation
Job Description
• Drive and lead brand team members, and assist the Marketing team in the development brand programs and key marketing fundamental plans, such as developing and aligning Business Channel Plans into Brand Plans
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and creative agencies. Organize and create promotional plans for trade activation.
• Formulate integrated marketing campaigns to support multi-channel
advertisements. Monitor the implementation of each marketing campaign.
• Provide inputs on consumer markets; monitor market trends and information related to competitors; identify market opportunities and potential areas of development/focus; develop market strategies to gain market share and achieve top line targets for the brand
• Lead the team under supervisor and ensure timely implementation of effective consumer marketing plans, including new product launches in line with brand strategies.
• Be able to work with in house designer on developing artwork related with internal contents.
• Coordinate with media and digital suppliers to published PR from our internal team.
• Daily check on our advertisements in supplier's website or digital channel to make sure all our ads are executed based on the plan.
• Do monthly digital report and submit to management
• Monitor on competitors’ activities and send the report to brand team & management
• Brand page management (TikTok,Facebook, Instagram, Youtube).
Job Requirement
• At least 3 years of experience in event, marketing, business planning and
analysis, and brand building.
• Project management experiences
• Highly organized Multi-task
• Good time management Knowledge
• Knowledge of market research and analysis
• Knowledge of business models an strategy
• Knowledge of financial modeling
• Knowledge of FMCGs, beverage markets, and customer preferences
