Job Description

•  Prepare marketing plan and budget that help promoting The Top Fitness Brand
•  Provide inputs on The Top Fitness markets; monitor market trends and information related to competitors; identify market opportunities and potential areas of development/focus; develop market strategies to gain market share and achieve top line targets for the brand.
•  Coordinate with media and digital suppliers to published PR from our internal team.
•  Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
•  Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas
•  Manage and update website and all social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
•  Perform other task as required by manager and management

Job Requirement

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications, Business Studies, Commerce, Management, or a related field
•  At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, event management, business planning, sales and brand building.
•  Project management experiences
•  Highly organized
•  Multi-task
•  Good time management
•  Knowledge of market research and analysis
•  Knowledge of sales operation
•  Strong presentation and report-writing skills
•  Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
•  Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
•  Ability to think creatively and innovatively
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Work on a flexible schedule
