Job Description

•  Monitor customer service performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service and customer experience
•  Manage all staff performance to ensure the smooth operational within the Fitness Center
•  Oversee personnel, including Operations and Commercial performance
•  Lead sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue of the Top Fitness
•  Design fitness programs, activities, special events to promote business
•  Manage budget/expense, analyze, and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profit accuracy
•  Task assigned by management

Job Requirement

•  Bachelor or master’s degree in Management, Hotel, or a related field 
•  3 years of experience in Clubhouse management  
•  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
•  Must be able to manage multiple objectives and tasks simultaneously, and able to continually assess and re-set prior
•  Knowledge of clubhouse management/fitness  
•  Knowledge and understanding of Managing, coaching, Assigning, and Delegating  
•  Strong oral and written communication skills
•  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
•  Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
•  Ability to think creatively and innovatively
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Work on a flexible schedule
