Executive, Mall Leasing

What You Will Do

• Execute retail concepts and develop Stacking Plans for all shopping malls. 
• Provide support in planning and implementing the tendency mix for the pre-open/development malls.
• Provide support to leasing manager to ensure division deadlines and objectives are met and collaborate with mall management team to 
  achieve optimum occupancy and desire tenant mix.
• Conduct satisfaction survey on provided services to identify stakeholder’s satisfaction and points to be improved.
• Monitor tenants’ turnover rates and take actions to ensure overall turnover objective of the Mall is met. 
• Establishing work parameters - plans, budgets and targets and allocate resources for the team. 
• Ensure all policies, procedures and methodologies comply to Chip Mong Retail’s policy, rules and regulations. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

What You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 2 years proven work experience in the areas of Leasing / Marketing, Operations or related areas
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory position. 
• Experience in using relevant leasing / mall management applications
• Knowledge and understanding of the commercial leasing process. 
• Understanding of consumer marketing, Accounts, and contract laws. 
• General technical knowledge of Fit out requirements and Landlord Provisions
• Strong verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills. 
• Strong customer service and marketing skills
• Competence in formal report writing and Presentation skills
• A team player with the ability to work independently
• Be self-motivated and performance focused
• Tenant Mix planning and space planning skills. 
• Commercial and business awareness
