About The Job

• To coordinate and supervise the outsourced security teams.
• To assist Security Manager in all aspect of security duties in order to ensure compliance to company policies relating to security and safety.
• To pre-empt any breach of security in the shopping malls.
• To ensure the safety of retailers, customers and staff of Chip Mong in the respective shopping malls.
 

What You Will Do

• Assist Security Manager in ensuring overall security in Chip Mong all shopping malls.
• To supervise the security teams of the security contractors.
✓ To patrol the mall for customer safety and report any incident security breach immediately to the Security Manager and to the Mall Manager.
✓ Organise duties at all post and to prepare duty roster 24 hrs in advance
✓ Co-ordinate after hours security
✓ Ensure all center procedure and SOP is adhered to.
✓ Conduct parade / drill and briefing 15 minutes before start shift or taking over for every shift
✓ Ensure adequate manpower for shift
✓ Organise and manage traffic in the event of traffic congestion at the center.
• Check security personnel attendance daily
• Ensure proper handing over must be done before completion of normal shift duty.
• To report and brief incidents of serious nature / criminal cases.
• Ensure all Security personnel well versed in the area of Fire Fighting, crowd control and others aspect pertaining to the Security
• Submit incidents / cases within 24 hours for further action
• Maintain relationship with Mall teams, providing timely assistance on Security matters.
