Call Center Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s general enquiry
  • Ensures a continued high quality of service to internal and external customers.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisor or right person (across department)
  • Documenting call information according to standard and operating procedure
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes
  • Dealing directly with complex client situations, communicating with aggrieved clients whilst understanding the sensitivity required, to bring their complaint to a resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 1year experiences of customer service, call center or related field
  • Understand the way speaking to customers, answering queries and a clear communicator
  • To ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers
  • Be able to communicate in English language
  • Strong negotiation interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
