What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing
  • Basic understanding of business models and strategy
  • Knowledge of trading company, trading markets, and customer preferences
  • Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

 

What You Will Do

  • Increase and maintain modern trade outlets by contacting outlet owners, store managers, and negotiating to sell the company’s products.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility at modern trade outlets by making daily schedule and visiting the outlets.
  • Ensuring all SKU available for sales by checking stocks and working closely with back office team.
  • Ensure and perform sales administration tasks, such as listing new product barcode, receive new purchase order from customers, write SO and pass to sales admin team.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure smooth sales operation and increase more future sales.
  • Continuously improve sales performance through feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About The Job

This position is responsible to achieve sale target, increase sale volume, problem and solving. One of the position for consulting to Investors, Home Owners, Developers to use or buy our products. And get feedback from the market to Sales Supervisors. 

 

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a related field.
  • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to work under pressure

 

What You Will Do

  • Organize things and responsibilities in the workplace well with great cooperation.
  • Make daily reports
  • Go on field to find customer for selling company product
  • Prepare documents related to sale method such as customers list, product orientation, quotation, purchase order etc.
  • Close sell by clarify on credit term and credit limit with company’s policy
  • Prepare sales annual plan and sales report
  • Calling to existing customers for additional purchase
  • Distribute products usually in the assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly target
  • Convince customers and solve problems.
  • Keep good relationship with customers
  • Collect market information, channel of competitor and reports to supervisor
