Sales Representative (Key Account)

Summary of Position

responsible for daily operations by visiting existing modern trade outlet, checking stock and ensure all products are available for sale on time; negotiate and communicate  with various customers, store managers to create new modern trade outlet; receive purchase order and work closely with sales admin team to issue sales orders; maintain a positive business relationship with customers and business partner.



  • Increases and maintains modern trade outlets by contacting outlet owners, store managers, negotiating to sell our products
  • Ensures product availability and visibility at modern trade outlets by making daily schedule and visiting the outlets
  • Ensures all SKU available for sales by checking stocks and working closely with back office team
  • Performs sales administration tasks such as listing new product barcode, receives new purchase order from customers, writes SO and passes to sales admin team
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Continuously improve sales performance through feedback
  • Performs other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, or a related area
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing
  • Basic understanding of business models and strategy
  • Knowledge of trading company, trading markets, and customer preferences
  • Able to use Computer and Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong presentation, written, communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Be honest, flexible to travel and to work under pressures
  • Valid driver’s license
