About The Job

Work with various stakeholders to plan 13-week and 18-month rolling supply plan; ensure supply of production materials are available for both beer and soft drink production; Assist to prepare production schedule to avoid out of stock (OOS) by maintaining safety stock and optimize planning capacity; update to superior when there is supply or capacity constraint.

What You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales or/and Marketing supervisors.
• Knowledge of sale end to end process.
• Good in English and Khmer literacy
• Computer
• Reporting and Presentation Skills
• Able to communicate in English
• Flexible in working time when needed
• Support other functions when needed

What You Will Do

• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understands the company’s vision, mission, and strategy.
• Execute delegated target in area of control.
• Organize customer data, review target and prepare wining customer target of each team member propose to management for approval.
• Prepare call plan or approve call plan from team proposal per daily, weekly or monthly.
• Tracking daily, weekly, monthly plan via actual visit and change, if necessary, incase not work or up normal.
• Lead team to achieve the company sales target through visit, outcall sales, competitor surveys, and collect customer feedback and compiles data to identify opportunities for service improvement to management.
• Maintain customer relationships and understand customer compliant to improve the work flow.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Works closely with all staff members to maintain all company work standard.
• Take on a leadership role with Professional Sales Associates and assist with opening and closing sales.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
