Media Production Specialist

About The Job

The production specialist is responsible for supporting all the business units in the role of producing videos and photographs.

What You Will Do

•    Produce high quality photos and videos (event highlights, corporate profiles, feature stories, documentaries etc…) to support Chip Mong’s business initiatives and projects.
•    Initiate creative ideas for photos and video projects to promote the companies’ events, projects, reputation and images to the public.
•    Manage relationship with external multimedia production agency when project is outsourced to ensure high quality results are delivered on time.
•    Maintain all media production equipment with care to ensure effective and long-lasting use of the equipment to deliver high quality results. 
•    Manage photographs and video footages archives for future use.
•    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to select locations, to set appointments with protagonists in order to ensure that photographing and videotaping process go smoothly according to plan.
•    Deliver assigned tasks following the deadline with high quality.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Should Have

•    Bachelor’s degree in video production, film editing, photography or a related field. 
•    At least 1 year of experience in video production, or a related area.
•    Extensive knowledge of digital camera technology and operation 
•    Extensive knowledge of video production in various formats/genre
•    Knowledge of writing script, storytelling or drawing storyboard 
•    Solid experience with digital technology and editing software package (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Audition, Premier and After Effect, or Final Cut)
•    Excellent communication skills, exceptional computer skills, technical writing skills, advanced knowledge in editing program and software, skill in handling digital equipment and ability to meet deadlines
•    Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
•    Creative mind and storytelling skills
•    Protect branding of all the companies’ business units
•    Willing to work in rest day or over time.
