Sr. Supervisor, Business Performance and Reporting

Summary Job:

Support business as business partner, prepare financial statement, management report analysis of business performance key drivers, costing, EBIT simulation, pricing analysis and investment appraisal to assist management decision. Prepare slide Pre-Exco, EXCO and Board presentation and deal with related department to prepare yearly budget planning and forecasting scenario. This position required product costing & SAP System knowledge.

What You Will Do: 

• To produce monthly business reports that reflect the financial performance of business units and includes commentary to support key decision- making.

• Performance as internal partner to support tactical and strategic business decisions and promote business improvements, value for money and cost reduction.

• Pricing analysis to analysis margin and EBIT by product group or by Area. We use pricing strategy to set prices for our product and alert to the management which cost we could reduce or maintain and which product group high margin we should focus on.  

• EBIT Simulation for RMX and CMI consolidate to analyze business performance for next 3months and alert to management for which part we should improve and which part we must save cost to reach target.

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, and the ongoing monitoring of actual and forecast financial performance.

• Provide accurate, reliable, and timely financial information including monthly management account.

• Financial modelling, investment appraisals study, break even analysis.

• Adhoc report and perform other duties as assigned.
