Manage and execute creative public relations strategies and PR activities in achieving departmental and business goals.

What You Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communication, journalism, or relevant fields
• Postgraduate degree is preferred
• At least 3 years of work experience in public relations, communication, journalism, or relevant fields
• Proven experience in public relations
• Extensive knowledge of social and digital media platforms and other related media platforms
• Creative and critical thinker and problem solver
• Outstanding communication skills and confidence to do public speaking
• Attention to detail
• Ability to plan and lead team
• Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event
• Project management skills
• A flexible, target-driven, proactive approach
• Ability and willingness to expand personal areas of expertise
• MS Office skills

What You Will Do

• Develop creative public relations strategies and plans to promote brands and corporate activities of Khmer Beverages
• Write creative and catchy PR written, verbal, and visual contents in different formats such as press releases, talking points, VO text and speeches to promote brand and corporate activities and release in multiple media channels
• Use a variety of channels (TV, press, internet etc.) to maximize company exposure
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure consistency in promoting brand and corporate
• Monitor and record media coverage of the company’s events and initiatives
• Analyze results of PR campaigns and activities and prepare reports
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned
