To ensure smooth and efficient operation of utility process so as to achieve production targets and quality standards.
What You Will Do
- To always comply with procedures/work instructions and other quality assurance systems (i.e. SAP) as guidelines for all daily production operations.
- To check, monitor, operate, and control the utility processes according to specified procedures and parameters.
- To check, monitor, operate, and control the utility plants (Water Treatment, CO2, Air, Cooling, Steam Waste water treatment, and generator plants/Transformers according to specified procedures and parameters.
- To ensure timely supply of utilities according to required quantity and quality to all departments, in order to meet production schedules.
- To efficiently carry out the cleaning (including CIP) and (first line) inspection, lubrication, and maintenance of the plants and equipment according to cleaning frequency, inspection, and maintenance cards.
- To carry out production according to the weekly brewing, and packaging schedules.
- To monitor and control (daily, weekly, monthly) the usage of the production
- materials in order to prevent them from running out of stocks and to minimize losses and wastages and to optimize on the materials.
- To proactively act on the daily production operations and to promptly discuss/report the production issues with the department members.
- To communicate closely with both, inter and intra department members on work related matters/problems.
- To assist the Engineer department in attending to breakdowns of plant, machine and equipment.
- To be actively involved in trouble shooting and to assist in the starting-up of plant and machinery (both new and after overhauls).
- To release other Utility technician when required.
- To study, initiate, compile and propose work improvement measures on product quality, work performance and cost savings.
- To actively participate in daily, weekly and monthly meetings among own/cross departments.
What You Should Have:
- Preferably degree or diploma in Food or Mechanical or Electrical technology.
- At least 0 to 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.
- Knowledge of the utility operation.
- Knowledge of Electrical, or Mechanical or food manufacturing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer
- Computer skills refer to Khmer Beverages’ Skills Inventory and a Grading chart
- Friendly personality with methodological experience.
- Designated to work in 4 shifts system.
- Occasionally required to work on Holiday.
